On August 21st, Mr. Li Ruohong, Chairman of the China World Peace Foundation and President of the Beijing International Peace Culture Foundation, met with a Pakistani government delegation led by His Excellency Mr. Sheikh, former Federal Minister of Communications and Vice Chairman of the National Development and Reform Commission, at the Peace Garden Museum in Beijing. During this period, both sides jointly held a high-end strategic forum on China Pakistan cooperation with representatives from various industries such as Chinese media, fashion, emerging technologies, and new energy. The forum focused on in-depth brainstorming on cooperation in multiple fields, injecting new thinking and momentum into practical cooperation between China and Pakistan.

This forum has provided an efficient platform for communication between China and Pakistan. The Pakistani government delegation and Chinese entrepreneurs gathered together to focus on current cooperation hot spots and future development directions. Various parties have expressed their opinions on topics such as content sharing and communication cooperation in the media field, design integration and market expansion in the fashion industry, research and application of emerging technologies and achievement transformation, project docking and technical exchange in the new energy industry, and have come up with many constructive cooperation ideas. In order to develop the achievements of the forum, promote socio-economic and cultural cooperation between the two countries, maintain regional peace and security, protect and disseminate world heritage and intangible cultural heritage, the delegations of China and Pakistan jointly signed the "Initiative to Expand, Deepen and Strengthen the China Pakistan Strategic Economic Partnership" at the meeting, to establish a long-term cooperation mechanism between China and Pakistan, and promote the construction of the "Silk Road Network City and B2B Economic and Cultural Corridor".

China and Pakistan have a deep traditional friendship and strong economic complementarity. The holding of this high-end strategic forum has further facilitated communication channels between the two countries in multiple fields, laid a solid foundation for the implementation of specific cooperation projects in the future, and helped the continuous deepening and development of the all-weather strategic partnership between China and Pakistan in the new era.
